Who this covers

This notice covers this website. It is published by Jinks Media, which decides how the information described below is handled. It does not cover any separate agreement you may enter into with us, which will have its own terms.

What we collect

Browsing this website requires no account. We set no cookies. We do not run advertising, we do not use analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

If you submit the inquiry form, we collect what you enter: the inquiry type, your name, your email address, a summary of your inquiry, and the optional organization and country fields. We record the time of submission and assign a reference number. Your network address is held briefly in memory to limit abuse of the form. It is not stored with your inquiry and is not written to disk.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to assess your inquiry and respond to it. The form asks for your consent to that processing before it submits. We do not use what you send for anything else, and we do not use it to build a marketing list.

Who else handles it

Running a website means relying on service providers. Ours host the site, route traffic to it, protect the inquiry form from automated abuse and, where enabled, deliver inquiry notifications to us by email. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser and network signals to distinguish people from automated traffic; the Turnstile check does not receive the contents you type into the inquiry form. These providers process information only to provide those services to us, not for their own purposes. We do not disclose inquiries to anyone else, except where the law requires it or to take professional advice.

These providers operate infrastructure in more than one country, so information you send may be handled outside the country you sent it from, and may be subject to lawful access requests in those countries.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to assess and respond to them, and afterward only where a continuing business relationship or a legal obligation requires it. When neither applies, they are deleted.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to submitted inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. No system is perfectly secure, which is why the inquiry form asks you not to send confidential or sensitive documents through it. Send an outline, and we will agree a secure route before anything detailed changes hands.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to our holding it, in each case subject to any obligation that requires us to keep it. We will tell you what we have done, and if we cannot do what you asked, we will tell you why. Write to hello@jinksmedia.com.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and professional counterparties. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If the site’s processing changes, for example if analytics are introduced or inquiries begin flowing into a customer relationship system, this page will change first, with the date below updated. Related terms are on the Terms of Use page.
